Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Booked, we strive to provide the best reading experience through our subscription services and book sales. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a free cancellation period of 15 days from the date of subscription. If you cancel your subscription within this period:

  • 90% of the subscription amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation.

  • After the 15-day period, no refunds will be provided.

2. Book Purchase Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed for books (new or used) once sold.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect books received, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method.

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • In case of any delay beyond 7 days, please contact us at yougotbooked@booked.net.in

4. Changes to This Policy

Booked reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
