Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Booked, we are committed to delivering your books safely and on time. This policy outlines the shipping and delivery process for both book purchases and subscription services.

1. Book Purchase Delivery

  • Books (new or used) purchased from us will be delivered only to the address on record.

  • Delivery will be handled either by our authorized delivery personnel or our third-party logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2-4 working days.

  • Any applicable extra shipping charges will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.

2. Subscription Delivery & Pickup

First-Time Subscription Delivery

  • Books will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of subscription.

Subsequent Deliveries & Pickups

  • Customers must place a pickup & delivery request via email or phone.

  • Once requested, book pickup and the next set of books will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charges (if any) will be specified at checkout.

  • Any additional or special shipping charges will be communicated in advance.

4. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer at the earliest.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, reattempts may be chargeable.
